Meatless March Wk4
Last week of March – the home stretch. Here is the last week of meal ideas.
Have you enjoyed the challenge so far? My grown up children have enjoyed the month and are surprised they have not missed meat too much. Mind you they have had me cooking dinners so they have been looked after. The big eye opener for them – how many meal where the meat can easily be replaced by a plant source protein and they didn’t really notice. They are starting to think that they will only eat very occasionally and then probably only chicken, free range or organic. A reminder that you should take a multivitamin, or at the very least an B12 supplement.
