When counseling Celiac and gluten intolerant clients as a Clinical Dietitian I learned that often the biggest challenge was lunch time. Often you are out, at work and suddenly you are hungry and you can’t think what you would like to eat. It can be hard to think of a small nutritious meals for lunch that can be taken to work or out and about day after day without it all getting monotonous.
My suggestion, in order to prevent that hungry panic, was to have a list of food for each meal that you like. In the morning if you need to pack a lunch and need ideas, just look at the list.
